Terms of service
Who does what, what a call costs, what you can expect from the service and what it expects from you.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. Definitions
- “Site”: the Covmod website at www.covmod.com.
- “Service”: connecting an adult user by phone with a hostess for an adult entertainment conversation, and browsing the site.
- “User”: any adult who browses the site or calls the service number.
- “Publisher”: the operator of the site and the service, identified in section 3.
- “Telephony provider”: the company that supplies the phone number and routes and bills the calls, identified in section 3.
- “Hostess”: the adult who answers calls, under a stage name.
2. About these terms
These terms set out the rules for using the site and the service, and the rights and obligations of each party.
They are available on the site before any call. Calling the service number means accepting the terms in force on the date of the call.
3. Who does what
The publisher: M. F. (EI), a French sole proprietorship, doing business as RforceOne, 2 impasse Diderot, 93500 Pantin, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Bobigny under number 478 009 186. It runs the site, presents the profiles and sells the service. Contact: the contact form or contact@covmod.com.
The telephony provider for calls made from France: Dimilink SAS (Dialotel), RCS Nanterre 521 903 195, Neuilly-sur-Seine, a telecoms operator registered with ARCEP, the French regulator (decision no. 17-0063). It supplies the premium-rate number, routes calls to the hostesses and records them as described in section 11.
The hostesses: they answer calls as described in section 6.
4. Access and age
The service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over with full legal capacity. By calling, you confirm that you meet these conditions. Calls by minors are prohibited, and the hostess or the telephony provider ends the call as soon as there is any doubt.
The site is available 24 hours a day, except for maintenance.
- You remain responsible for how your phone line is used.
- The publisher or the telephony provider may refuse or suspend access in the event of abusive or fraudulent use, or use that breaks the law.
5. The service and the content on the site
The service is a phone conversation for entertainment between consenting adults, and nothing else: no in-person meeting, no exchange of personal contact details, no sexual service and no service other than the conversation.
The first names shown are stage names. The photos, videos, descriptions and characteristics on the profiles and in the feed are computer-generated: they illustrate the service and are not portraits or descriptions of the person who answers. This is stated clearly in the footer, on every profile and in the FAQ.
The person who answers for a given profile may change from one call to the next. Availability shown on the site is for guidance only.
6. The hostesses
Hostesses are adults. They are neither employees nor contractors of the publisher: they work with the telephony provider's network, which organises how calls are taken.
They speak under a stage name and share no personal information about themselves. They may end any conversation that they consider unlawful, in breach of these terms or disrespectful.
What is said during a call is entertainment and the personal expression of the speaker; it does not bind the publisher, which plays no part in the content of conversations.
7. Rates and billing
Calls from the United States are not open yet: we are still setting up a line with English-speaking hostesses. No call can be made or charged from the US under these terms until this section says otherwise.
The only line open today is the French one, for callers in mainland France, in French: 08 95 23 40 39, at 0,50 € / min including VAT for the service, plus the cost of a standard call depending on the caller's phone plan, charged on the caller's phone bill.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period where performance began with the consumer’s prior, express consent. By dialling the number, you ask for the service to start immediately and give up this right for that call.
9. Refunds and complaints
The service is performed as soon as you are connected. Once a call has started, no refund is given, including for reasons relating to how you felt about the call, its tone or how satisfied you were.
If a technical fault attributable to the service prevents it from being provided (you are charged without being connected, the call is cut off, or you are charged twice), send a complaint using the contact form, choosing the “Billing” reason, within seven days of the call, giving the date, the time and the last four digits of the number you called from. After checking with the telephony provider, the publisher may grant a credit or a full or partial refund.
The publisher replies to every complaint within thirty days.
10. Rules of conduct
When using the service, you agree:
- not to impersonate anyone else;
- not to try to find out a hostess's real identity, contact details or address, or to continue the conversation outside the service;
- not to record, capture or share conversations, even for private use;
- not to say anything involving minors, or describe non-consensual, violent or unlawful acts;
- not to make abusive, threatening, defamatory or discriminatory remarks, or incite hatred or violence;
- not to use the service for advertising, soliciting or fraud.
11. Call recording
Calls to the French line are systematically recorded by the telephony provider, Dimilink SAS, on the publisher's behalf. A message at the start of the call tells you so.
Purpose: checking that conversations comply with the law, in particular the protection of minors and of individuals. Recordings may be passed to a judicial authority on request. They are never published, sold or used for marketing.
Retention: the publisher can access recordings for one month, then only the telephony provider for five more months; they are destroyed after six months unless required by a court.
You may object to recording on legitimate grounds by hanging up before you are connected, and you have the rights of access and rectification and the right to complain to the CNIL set out in the privacy policy.
12. Personal data and audience measurement
Call data (calling number, date, time, duration) is processed by the telephony provider to route and bill calls. The publisher only receives what it needs to handle complaints and produce statistics.
The site measures its own audience (pages viewed, time spent, actions on the site) with no third-party tool and no cookie, using a random identifier kept in your browser; IP addresses are not stored. Details, retention periods and how to object are in the privacy policy and on the cookie page.
13. Availability and liability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the site and service running. It cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by the telephone network, your carrier, the telephony provider or force majeure, or if a particular hostess is unavailable.
The service is for entertainment. It is not a listening or support service, and it is not therapy.
In the US, you can call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, at any time. In an emergency, call 911.
14. Intellectual property
Every element of the site (text, images, profiles, interfaces, trademarks, logos, structure and code) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written permission is prohibited.
15. Evidence
Connection logs, call records and recordings kept by the publisher or the telephony provider are accepted as evidence between the parties unless proven otherwise.
16. Consumer mediation
Before taking any other step, send a written complaint to the publisher (section 9).
Under articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved, consumers may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator, within one year of the written complaint. The details of the competent mediator are sent in reply to the complaint.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. If no amicable solution or mediation succeeds, disputes are heard by the competent court under the French Code of Civil Procedure; as a consumer, you may choose the court for the place where you lived at the time of the call.
Nothing in these terms takes away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
18. Changes to these terms
The publisher may change these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one in force on the date of the call, published on this page with the date it was last updated.
