This isn't a party line
On a party line, you record a greeting, listen to other callers' greetings and hope someone you like is on tonight. That's a different product. Here, the woman on the profile is the one you call. You pick her, you enter her extension, she answers.

What happens on the call
The first few seconds are just routing: you're prompted for an extension, you enter it, you're through. From there, it's a real conversation. She sets the pace if you want her to, and you can steer whenever you like.
Nervous? Most first-time callers are. Say so. It breaks the ice faster than anything you could plan.
Troubleshooting
- No answer? She's probably on another call. Pick someone else or try again in a few minutes.
- Wrong extension? Hang up, dial again and enter the right one.
- Bad connection? Usually your signal. Hang up and call back.

Before you call: what's real and what isn't
The names are stage names. The profile photos and bios are computer-generated: they give each hostess a look and a backstory, but they aren't pictures of the person who answers. The woman on the line is real.
We put that up front, and in the footer, because a line that's vague about what it sells always ends up disappointing people. The call is the whole product: no meetups, no swapping numbers.

Everything callers ask before they dial
Do I need to sign up first?
No account is needed to call. There is no profile to set up on this site, no username, and no password to remember: pick a woman, dial, enter her extension. Nothing here asks you to register before you talk, and there is no sign-up fee, because there is nothing to sign up for.
How do I get through to the woman I picked?
Enter her extension. Each hostess has her own extension, listed on her profile. Dial our number, key in the extension when the line connects, and you're routed straight to her. On a cell phone, the Call button does both steps in a single tap. From a laptop, dial the number from your phone and type the extension yourself.
What if she's busy?
Check her status before you dial. "Online" means she's available right now. "On a call" means she's talking with someone else; give it a few minutes or choose another woman who's online. "Back soon" means she's off the line for the moment and expected later. Statuses update automatically, straight from our telephony partner's system.
Does it work from a landline?
Yes. Any phone that can send touch tones works: a cell phone, a landline, or a desk phone with a keypad. The keypad matters because that's how you enter her extension. The website only helps you choose; the conversation itself happens over a regular phone line, with no app to install and nothing to download.
How is the call priced?
By the minute, at one rate for every woman. The rate is shown before you're connected, on each profile and on our rates page, so you know the cost per minute before you commit to anything. There's no extra charge for a particular hostess. After that, the math is simple: you only talk as long as you choose.
Is there a minimum call length?
No. Stay on for a few minutes or much longer; the call lasts exactly as long as you want it to. There is no minimum, no contract, and no penalty for hanging up early. If you want to switch to someone else, end the call, dial again, and enter her extension instead.
How is this different from a party line?
A party line drops you into a shared system of callers, recorded greetings, and random matches, so you never know who you'll get. Covmod works the other way around: you choose one woman from her profile, enter her extension, and talk to her one-on-one. Everyone who answers works for our telephony partner. Nobody on the line is another caller.
